Eligible Express Scripts® Pharmacy clients can now access MD Live virtual1 primary care2, urgent care and behavioral health as a bundled solution through the Evernorth Digital Health Formulary®.

A streamlined path to virtual care

The addition of MD Live expands the Evernorth Digital Health Formulary with a comprehensive virtual care solution and a simplified enrollment pathway for eligible Express Scripts clients. The bundled offering brings together urgent care, virtual primary care, and behavioral health through a single vendor relationship, with streamlined contracting and flexible activation.

MD Live provides convenient access to care through phone, video, and digital channels, with members able to connect through the MD Live website, mobile app, or 24/7 support center. Through Digital Health Formulary, eligible clients can offer three virtual care services: 

Urgent care

24/7 on-demand treatment for common illnesses and injuries.

Virtual primary care

Preventive care, wellness screenings, chronic condition management, and ongoing care coordination.

Behavioral health

Virtual therapy and psychiatry services.

The bundled MD Live offering provides eligible clients with a simplified path to virtual care.

Its single platform brings together primary care, urgent care, and behavioral health while providing members with convenient ways to access care when and where they need it.

Is your client eligible?

Express Scripts clients with fewer than 10,000 eligible lives can purchase MD Live through Digital Health Formulary. For clients with more than 10,000 eligible lives, consultants should work with the ESI Account Team to determine whether the Digital Health Formulary offering or a direct MD Live agreement is the appropriate pathway.

Clients must also have Labcorp and/or Quest included in their medical network. Cigna Healthcare medical clients, Medicare clients, and Medicaid clients are not eligible to purchase MD Live through Digital Health Formulary.
