The important role of website access managers
Website access managers protect organization and patient information by making sure users have the correct access to the Evernorth provider portal. They approve new users, add or remove staff access, and assign the right level of access, called entitlements, to each user. This person is often a practice manager, office administrator, or another staff member who manages office tasks.
