About
Alisa dePedro is a Director of Innovation and Design Strategy on the Evernorth Disruptive Solutions Design team within the Intelligence+ organization. Alisa and her team work to explore new ways to solve Health Care’s Biggest Challenges by bringing the human into health care, driving strategy and developing solutions that solves real customer and business problems, while keeping the customer and client at the center of the innovation design and test process.
Alisa spent the first 10+ years of her career in various strategic client-facing roles, product management, and international business development, most recently working on client transformation and enterprise business challenges at Salesforce. It was there that she discovered the practice of Human-Centered Design, and chose to pursue a Masters Degree in Design Methodology from the Illinois Institute of Technology- Institute of Design prior to joining Evernorth. She has spent her time here challenging the organization and clients to think differently about how to solve complex challenges in the healthcare space. Her primary focus has been on health equity, disparities in care, and supporting our members with their health-related social needs to drive improvements in quality of health and life.
In addition to her Masters in Design Methodology, Alisa has a B.A from University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Relations (minor in Business), and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
