Mark Bini
Mark Bini is the Senior Vice President of Evernorth PBS New Sales and Consultant Strategy, where he leads the organization responsible for driving growth across new and emerging markets and strengthening Evernorth’s relationships with brokers and strategic partners. In this role, Mark advances the company’s evolving Pharmacy Benefit Services business model by uniting sales strategy, market development, and innovation to bring Evernorth’s newest capabilities to clients and customers. His leadership centers on accelerating new growth, enhancing value across the care ecosystem, and ensuring Evernorth continues to meet the needs of a dynamic health care landscape.
Mark brings more than 18 years of enterprise experience across care delivery, product innovation, and clinical solutions. Prior to stepping into his current role, he served as Senior Vice President of Evernorth Product and Care Solutions, overseeing the strategic direction and performance of a diverse portfolio of medical and pharmacy products and clinical services. He led teams across product development, clinical operations, and strategic insights to build integrated, scalable solutions that improve outcomes, enhance member experiences, and lower total cost of care.
Under his leadership, the organization delivered measurable value through initiatives in digital health, affordability, complex care management, and member engagement. Mark’s work emphasized innovation, operational excellence, and the thoughtful integration of data and behavioral science into care design. He most recently spearheaded the development and launch of CareNav+, a personalized navigation solution that connects members to the right care and benefits to improve experience and affordability.
A recognized industry leader in digital health, Mark has pioneered several market‑defining innovations, including Digital Health Formulary, the first curated platform of clinically evaluated digital health solutions designed to ensure access, quality, and value. He also played a key leadership role in the creation of HealthConnect360, a real-time clinical solution that guarantees measurable outcomes and advances the industry’s approach to integrated care management.
Earlier in his career, Mark held roles in strategic marketing and behavioral economics at Express Scripts, shaping his passion for using insights and analytics to solve complex health care challenges. He later served as Vice President of Innovation and Member Experience and as a leader within the Evernorth Lab, the organization’s premier health care innovation center.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University and an MBA from Fontbonne University. He resides in St. Louis, Missouri, where he balances his leadership role with a strong commitment to family, mentorship, and the principles of continuous learning and work‑life harmony.
