Johanna Bellon

Johanna Bellon serves as Managing Director for Customer and Clinical Analytics and leads the Evernorth Research Institute. She oversees a team of skilled analytics, research, and data science professionals who design, implement, and evaluate advanced analytics-driven solutions, including artificial intelligence and machine learning models, to facilitate optimal health outcomes and vitality for customers. These solutions support a wide array of customer- and clinician-facing offerings across both Cigna US Employer and Evernorth. Additionally, her team conducts original research and publishes findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals covering diverse healthcare topics. The team’s work has demonstrated significant impact in areas such as acute medical care, behavioral health, oncology, surgery, chronic conditions, women's health, pharmacy, and wellness management. Based in the New York City metropolitan area, Johanna also dedicates her time outside of work to family, gardening, and volunteering with the Girl Scouts.
