Preparing to engage in an RFP

You’re looking to evaluate the best health care company to meet your client’s needs today – and tomorrow. Often, it’s not about how much information or data you share, but how in-depth the information is.

Providing us with complete information surrounding your client’s goals and benefit strategy yields the most detailed response to the RFP package. To make it easier for you, we’ve outlined a simple, streamlined RFP submission process.

Connecting you with information to help you deliver

In order to understand your client’s true needs and goals, we encourage conversations ahead of the proposal process whenever possible. By aligning our insights with your client’s key objectives, we can incorporate expert knowledge into the proposal, resulting in actionable results and innovative solutions.

The goal? To help solve your client’s toughest health care challenges.

The outcome? A tailored, personalized approach to satisfy – and often exceed – your client’s expectations.

6 tips for a more competitive response to your RFP

Follow these tips and help us turn your RFP into a comprehensive proposal for your client’s consideration:

  1. Detail your client’s background information, including the location of their U.S. headquarters.
  2. Include the objective of your RFP.
  3. Provide details of your client’s current plan design.
  4. Include a complete list of your client’s current clinical programs.
  5. Detail the claims experience by National Drug Code (NDC), including formulary flag.
  6. List all submission requirements, including the required proposal submission date.

The sooner we know that date, the more time we have to develop our most comprehensive and thoughtful approach to your client’s needs.
