Effective August 29, 2024, Evernorth Care Group will no longer offer pediatric services. The pediatric practice will transition to Banner’s existing care locations. 

This change does not impact patients under the age of 18 who are treated by Evernorth Care Group’s Family Practice/Internal Medicine providers. For more information from Evernorth Care Group, view our patient FAQs here.
