Meet our new Community Outreach & Engagement (COrE) Team:
Lisa Farrah Carrillo, Community Engagement Manager

Lisa serves as the Community Engagement Manager for Evernorth Care Group provides leadership for the new Community Outreach and Engagement Team to drive new customer acquisition, educate sales and broker partners, increase brand awareness, and community partnerships, programs, and events. Lisa holds a dual Master’s in Business Administration in International Business and Marketing and Bachelor of Science in International Business from Western International University and an Associate in Business from Phoenix College. In her free time, she enjoys being a dog mom, staying active, volunteering, and spending time with her family.

Drew Duffer, Senior Community Engagement Consultant

Drew started his career with Cigna Healthcare in October 2007 and has held roles as a claim’s processor, managing claims teams within the commercial product area, as an Implementation Manager, and as a Presale Analyst for the Middle Market and National markets. He is also an active member of Cigna’s Customer Centricity Ambassador Team. Drew currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Amanda and three kids (Austin, Audrey, and Clara) and his giant lazy Saint Bermastiff Daisy and tiny miniature Australian Shepherd/Corgi mix Raider. He enjoys spending time outdoors enjoying the fabulous weather Phoenix has to offer, weightlifting, acting, and diving into the culture of new cities that he travels to. He is also a proud Army dad.

Tatum McKissack, Community Engagement Consultant

An Arizona native with a passion for health, Tatum is the new Community Engagement Consultant at Evernorth Care Group. She is excited to help our current patients, attract new ones, and raise community awareness. With her background in health and a deep understanding of the local community, Tatum is dedicated to improving healthcare access and fostering connections between providers and patients. She believes that together, we will create a healthier future for everyone.
