This is a great place! It's what they call an "umbrella group". It's one building that has Primary Care Physicians (PCP), Lab (Blood work), Radiology, Pharmacy, Vision Center, Urgent Care, etc. It's extremely convenient to have everything as a one-stop-shop. The doctors are incredibly nice, supportive and give you the time you need at your appointment. Scheduling is quick and easy; done online or via the phone and appointments are pretty much available within reasonable time. I highly recommend Evernorth Care Group to my family and friends, and I would recommend them to you as well!
I called another urgent care and the wait was going to be at least an hour or more, they couldn't actually pin point how long the wait would be. I called Evernorth and asked for a wait time, and the answer was zero minutes. They were right, except for filling out the required paperwork I was seen right away, and my problem was solved in a bit. Highly recommended for those Midtown.
After 2 urgent cares sent me away for a sprained ankle (most stop taking walk-ins an hour before closing), I came to this urgent care. It was less than 30 minutes before closing by that point, and the staff couldn't have been kinder. The techs, nurses and doctor were so patient and kind. X-rays showed a fractured ankle, and the nurse patiently explained the boot and taught me how to use crutches correctly. Next steps were thoroughly explained. Even the security guard was kind and attentive. They made a stressful situation bearable, especially since I kept most of them after hours.
Had cataract surgeries at the outpatient surgery. Great staff, very competent, quickly in and out with no problems at all. Highly recommend Dr. McCoy and her staff.
I've been with Cigna Care group for 20 years I was so happy when they opened the Evernote care facility at 3rd Street and Earl I've had minor surgery in there I have several times and the people are very well versed in their respective jobs and they don't just act friendly they are friendly and they are having your best
