We offer onsite lab and pharmacy services all under one convenient roof, so you receive quality care when you or your loved ones need it. Come to us for preventive care checkups, immunizations and screenings. Our clinical pharmacists review all your medications to make sure you are only taking what you need, and checking for available generics, potentially saving you money.
If you're too busy to visit in person, you can request a video/virtual appointment by phone, tablet or computer any time. We also offer translation services and multilingual physicians if English is not your preferred language. Dr. Baldonado spent all of two minutes with my grandmother. I had to ask him to assess her or he wouldn’t have even used the stethoscope around his neck. We were there for the swelling in her legs. He was short, and seemed very inconvenienced he was even there to care for his patient.
The receptionist was a nice and polite, my PCPs (Dr G Torres) nurse was perfection, and my doctor actually listened to everything I had to say about my health concerns and what was bothering me.
Cigna should be embarrassed to employ a doctor that just hands out referrals and does nothing. Wanted to be seen for a chronic skin disorder that may be infected and the doctor didn't even look at it, had absolutely no concern for it. This is the second time I've been seen by him and he takes a whole minute to check my lungs and heart, the medical assistant spent more time with me checking my bp and weight. The sad part is I'm not the first to experience this.
I have had a great experience from the front office, the medical assistant is so friendly and I enjoy talking with her. I see provide Tarin and she listens to all my concerns and takes the time to get to know me, provider Tarin is a excellent provider and I am very happy with the medical care given to me.🙂
I was only 2.5 minutes late for an appointment and no one in the Lobby, no one in the parking lot. I was standing in front of the receptionist for over a 3 minutes when she told me I needed to reschedule as the Dr. would not see me. I just drove 20 plus miles and took time from work to go. Absolutely livid!
