Actually had an appointment at South West kidney for some blood work. The new office is great and conveniently located to me. The office staff was super nice. And the young Asian girl that drew my blood was so nice 👍. I love this office. Thanks South West kidney for changing to a closer office
I love the staff and attentiveness I am given by Evernorth. When I’ve needed answers the office members get back to me in a timely manner. As always, be patient for staff to get back to you it can take a day or two for answers. Manner of urgency too. Give them time. The ability to put one on a waitlist to see if you can get in on a sooner apt. Contacting doctors through my account to save some time. And they will get back to me.
Dr. Gadow is the best primary care physician ever! He is kind, considerate, listens to his patients, returns phone calls, remembers me when I go in, and I could go on and on. He has been our primary care doctor for over 10 years. The office is also the best! The nurses are very caring. I highly recommend this Cigna!
While I very much like having Dr. Gadow as my doctor, I am not a huge fan of Cigna's decision to route all of the calls to a call center. Just adds another layer of confusion. That being said, the care I get at this facility is first rate. I have gone to another Cigna location and found the care lacking in comparison.
Dr. Del Mundo has been my doctor for the past 3 years and she's amazing! Very caring and patient (I always have a ton of questions haha) as well as easy to be comfortable around. I never feel like I'm in some cold/ anxiety ridden Dr's office; the staff are always friendly and don't mind striking up a conversation with me- which I like!
