Overall, I am impressed by the office and staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also, they are very conscious of being timely. They had white boards that showed how many minutes behind each provider was. I had an appointment at the end of the day, but I was still seen on time and didn’t have to wait.
NP L Bailey actually listened to my issues and made me feel heard. She wasn’t condescending when talking about my health issues and I actually felt seen. This is a very different experience than I am used to.
I returned the next day to get blood drawn for labs. I’m not a fan of getting my blood drawn, but Rachel (? I believe that’s her name) was fantastic. Her positive energy is contagious. Also, she has needle poking skills like none other. I didn’t even feel the needle prick and had no discomfort when my blood was being drawn.
I can’t speak on the billing side of things yet. But so far, I really like this place.
Excellent staff. They care and make time for you. The pharmacist showed us a way to save money. Dr. Legarretta and Nurse Bailey are both very nice and good at what they do. I liked Xavier too. He was friendly. There's plenty of parking. I love that the drop off area is shady and the building is so easy to access with a wheelchair.
It's a multi-disipline medical center with separate offices for different services. It's convenient to get x-ray exams and bone density exams along with eye exams and Opthalmology in the same location. Parking is easy and free, and folks seem happy to work there
First appointment and they make me wait longer than expected because the nurse practitioner Bonnie is late “dUe tO tRaFfIC”. When I finally get to see her she rushes into the exam room and almost falls off her rolling stool. Then proceeds with absurd questions that have nothing to do with what I am there for “have you ever had a colonoscopy?” Lol, Bonnie had no idea what she was doing.
X-RAY results were sent to my patient portal. I requested clarification and Bonnie didn’t even respond.
WASTE OF TIME & MONEY
This place has been my primary care since 2020. I would highly recommend this place. The doctors and all of the staff are incredible. Being able to walk across the building from my doctors office to get labs or scans done is very convenient. They have a on site pharmacy that makes it easy to get meds filled. Up stairs there's the eye doctors and on ground floor a shop to get your glasses made. For those with kids, you can get the whole family taken care of with pediatric docs on the second floor and family docs on ground floor. I can't praise these guys enough for the care I've gotten.
