Evernorth Care Group is a subsidiary of The Cigna Group, which is comprised of a diverse set of capabilities including Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services. Cigna Healthcare provides health insurance, while Evernorth Health Services provides a set of health care services, including Evernorth Care Group. 

In 2022, we changed our name to Evernorth Care Group (formerly Cigna Medical Group) to align under Evernorth Health Services providing health care services, not health insurance.

Evernorth Care Group is your provider and is in network with Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage and will remain in network with HCSC in the future. 

Nothing changes in the way you interact with us – your doctor and care team remain the same and we are here to serve your health care needs. To the extent you have questions about your health insurance, you can contact Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage via the number on the back of your medical insurance ID card.

The best way to connect with your doctor and/or care team is to send them a message through your MyChart Patient Portal. Only non-emergent matters should be sent via MyChart. If you need immediate assistance, please call us at 800.233.3264.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

If your medication refills are about to expire, schedule an appointment with your doctor to reevaluate your needs. 

If medication refills are available save time and request refills through your MyChart Patient Portal under the Medications section. There is no need to message your doctor for refills. 

You will receive lab results through your MyChart Patient Portal. If abnormal results are noted, please allow 3-5 business days to obtain recommendations and guidance from your doctor. We will not contact you if your results are within normal range or stable.

• Dermatology available for preventive skin care. Treatment for conditions including acne, psoriasis, vitiligo, rash, eczema, skin cancer, rosacea, and more.   
• Labs provided by LabCorp provide walk-in onsite services at all locations. 
• Vision provided by American Vision Partners provide highly trained ophthalmologists, optometrists and opticians who specialize in a wide range of eye conditions, including glaucoma and cataracts.
• Imaging provided by Arizona Diagnostic Radiology provides state-of-the-art imaging technology, including CT scan, MRI, X-ray, 3D mammography and more.
