Swapna Chalasani, MD

Dr. Chalasani is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 2007. She received his Doctorate in 2001 at NTR University of Health Services and completed her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine where she was honored the “Outstanding Teaching Award.”. Dr. Chalasani then went on to complete a Fellowship in 2009 with the Caterpillar Scholar’s Faculty Development Fellowship.
