Justin Crockett, OD

Dr. Justin Crockett is Board Certified in Optometry and has been practicing since 2021. Dr. Crockett completed his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at Brigham Young University and received his Doctorate of Optometry from Midwestern University. Dr. Crocket then went on to complete his residency in Ocular Disease with an emphasis in Primacy Care from the Gallup Indian Medical Center. Dr. Crockett is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time fly fishing.
