Bernadette Arnecke, MD

Dr. Bernadette Arnecke is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 1987. Dr. Arnecke received her Doctorate and residency training from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas.  Some of Dr. Arnecke’s hobbies include promulgating the Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle, gardening, exercising, reading (favs are NYT and WP), and cooking plant based meals. Traveling to visit family is a high priority for her. Past achievements include the Gold Headed Cane Award, Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and Diplomate of the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Care. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Phi Rho Sigma Medical Fraternity, and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She strives to deliver relationship based care with an emphasis on lifestyle as the foundation for living one’s best life.
