I can't say enough great things about Evernorth (Cigna). My doctor is amazing, the nurse practitioners, pharmacy and front office are some of the best and friendly people you'll ever meet. I have have 5 years coming here and I would never go anywhere else.
I live across the street and it took me a month to get my blood drawn. Completely understaffed obviously. I can't even schedule a virtual appointment for 1 month out. Stay away from this place if you really care about your health. They are awful!
I love being a Cigna patient. The staff is phenomenal. The pharmacy has very reasonable wait times, rarely do I wait more than 15-20 minutes for my prescriptions. I've been coming here for years and I love my Cigna doctors and staff.
Dr Luanzon is exceptionally carrying and knowledgeable physician.
It is always a pleasure coming to his office and feel his deep concerns and willing to help.
Also he is nice person and not a bureaucrat like some other doctors I have seen.
